Hi everyone,
I'm trying to focus more on my mental well-being this month, and I realized a huge part of my stress comes from my phone and the lack of organization. The "digital clutter" is real!
I've started looking for ways to streamline my daily tasks using tech instead of letting it drain me.
I found some interesting concepts on https://numeriki.com/ about using digital tools to actually *save* time and reduce the mental load, rather than just scrolling aimlessly.
Do you have any "digital rules" or apps that help you feel more zen and organized?
I'm trying to disconnect more to reconnect with myself, but it's hard!
Reducing mental load & digital clutter?

Salut

Totally get this, digital clutter can be just as exhausting as physical mess, maybe even more. I went through something similar and realized the biggest help wasn’t adding tons of apps, but setting simple rules. Things like turning off almost all notifications, checking email only at set times, and keeping https://tropical-casino.com/ just one main to-do app instead of three. I also try to do a quick “digital tidy” once a week, deleting unused apps and clearing notes. Using tech intentionally instead of constantly reacting to it really helps calm the mind. Disconnecting is hard, but even small boundaries make a big difference over time.
