Reducing mental load & digital clutter?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to focus more on my mental well-being this month, and I realized a huge part of my stress comes from my phone and the lack of organization. The "digital clutter" is real!

I've started looking for ways to streamline my daily tasks using tech instead of letting it drain me.
I found some interesting concepts on https://numeriki.com/ about using digital tools to actually *save* time and reduce the mental load, rather than just scrolling aimlessly.

Do you have any "digital rules" or apps that help you feel more zen and organized?
I'm trying to disconnect more to reconnect with myself, but it's hard!

Sujet très parlant, le bazar numérique fatigue plus qu’on ne le pense… Perso, ce qui m’aide le plus c’est de couper les notifications non essentielles, regrouper les apps par usage et me fixer des plages sans téléphone. Une appli de tâches simple (to-do + rappels) et un peu de tri régulier font déjà une grosse différence. Déconnecter pour se recentrer, c’est dur au début, mais franchement ça fait du bien sur la durée.
